and this.

this, now;
holding, being held deeply
keeps fears in abeyance
is it real? any of it?
the holding, the embrace, the phantom emotions lurking

doesn't have to matter; what really matters is my forgetfulness
of anything outside of this moment;
perfect, as it is, in richness.

Nothing else matters but that richness. If you can hold that from moment to moment, you have arrived.

Eternity is in the moment because the moment is all that is. Thanks Julie.

You don't have to grasp the moment. There is nothing to grasp. Flow with it.

Forgetfulness is what matters! How wonderful. How true.

I love your posts, because I can't read them once and "get them." Perhaps that is because I am not in that embracing thisness enough, but rather doing mental gymnastics, while browsing blogs.

This time, this, now, - however - I stop long enough to appreciate your post.

And that is enough. Now, this post brings me back to now, this.

Thanks, Julie.

lol, only growth is real, stagnation is not, stagnation is illusion and fake perfection.

John; breathe in, breathe out - observe, and you are there.

Kevin; yes. You're welcome.

Imemine; sounds Taoist. ;-) Nice.

John; thank you.

Trev; I'm honored and humbled. Perhaps there is nothing to be grasped...

Darius; seems that way.

Rob, to my memory you are the first person to comment on the music of the words themselves. Thank you!
